Tonight's dinner was Umami Beef & Potato, a recipe I found on my favorite food bloggers' website, theredgingham.com. I added the fried egg as suggested and served it over rice. It was savory and meaty. The potatoes, sweet potatoes, and carrots added enough sweetness but the sweetness wasn't overpowering. The tomato sauce gave it a light tomato saucy flavor. It was easy to prep and make and I'm looking forward to making this again.
